We used this exciting red son of Gold Medal L091 in a multiple sire group to clean up. The more we saw of him, the more we liked him. Out of a really good Barney daughter, he is an extremely appealing and correct bull. Medallion's pedigree is unique, combining Cherokee with the outcross Angus lines on his sire's side, plus Barney on the bottom. Used heavily in the past two years, Medallion's 2006 calf crop averaged 77 lbs at birth and 101 at both weaning and yearling.

Medallion is owned with Cawlfield Red Angus and the Rector Ranch.
